Art reflections
I like the energy of the pastel drawings. They feel alive and feel like they flow and move. There is a real physical element pressing down and mixing the oil and the soft pastel. But even with this physicality, it feels like what the gestures end up portraying is actually a more enlivened and enthusiastic and energy filled image that what I actually feel. Like the drawings show more energy than I have.
