A weird Good Friday, but Good Friday nonetheless
Ps 62:1
My soul finds rest in God alone;
my salvation comes from him.
He alone is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I shall never be shaken.
Creative Reflections
The drawing yesterday went terribly for a long time. So bad that I had to keep work on it until it got a bit better, which only happened after covering it all up and then scratching into it. It’s still pretty ordinary though. I do like the greeny/blue at times.
Energy
Because I only have limited energy
finite energy,
when expended,
it is as though it
leaves me and makes its own way home,
hiding itself in the
quiet spaces, still and translucent,
only able to be found again by imitating
it’s stillness,
waiting
creating a space where it feels comfortable enough
to approach me
creeping out,
tentatively making its way
back to me.
